Off-Campus Living

While many transfer students chose to begin their Clemson career on-campus in our residence halls or apartments, others chose to live off-campus. Clemson offers some of the nation's top off-campus housing options, adding new living communities every year. For some, learning the rules of lease signing and utilities payments can be challenging. To answer these questions as well as many others, Clemson offers a guide to off-campus living. To learn more about off-campus living please visit the link in the picture to the left.
